David Beckham Football Career
Having joined Manchester United as an apprentice player at July 8, 1991, Beckham helped the club to reach the FA Youth Cup title in May 1992.
A few months later, on September 23, 1992, David Beckham started his first debut as a late substitute in the Rumbelows Cup.
Beckham finally made his debut in the Premier League on April 2, 1995, and the next season, 95/96, Beckham truly a core team of the MU. David Beckham over the right midfield position vacated by Andre Kanchelskis, and begins to scoring great goals, including the semi-final winning goal against Chelsea in the FA Cup. The season ended with Manchester United winning Premiere League title and FA Cup.
David Beckham started the 96/97 season, by scoring his most famous goal, from the halfway lines against Wimbledon at Selhurst Park. Beckham match-winning performances during 96/97 season helped Manchester United to win the Premier League title and reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League. However in his last season with Real Madrid, with the arrival of former team mate at Manchester United, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Italian coach Fabio Capello, Beckham fought his way back into the side to inspire Real to the title.
And as his contract was up at the end of the season, Beckham had already made a decision to sign for LA Galaxy in the MLS.

However Beckham continued to play well for England, and in 2000 was appointed as captain under caretaker manager Peter Taylor, and retained the armband when Sven-Goran Eriksson was appointed. Beckham was part of several inspirational campaigns under the Swede, and will be widely remember for his last minute free kick, following an inspirational performance, against Greece that gave England a 2-2 draw, and qualification for the World Cup.
